Mission
The mission of Bella Vera Wellness is to educate women about how their female body functions, empower them to make lifestyle changes that support healing of the mind, body and spirit, and equip women with resources that enable them to take charge of their health journey
Vision
The vision of Bella Vera Wellness is that women discover the true beauty of their feminine design, take charge of their health, and answer their God given call regardless of where they are on their health journey.
Coaching Methodology
I view all clients as an integrated human being made up of a mind, body, and soul. I will listen, educate, address your concerns, work to discover the root cause of your pain points, and walk with you toward the next steps such as a mission aligned OB/GYN, therapist, chiropractor, nutritionist etc. As a coach and educator, I cannot diagnose or prescribe, but I serve to fill in the gap I see in the medical field. Far too often, women leave doctors appointments without tangible lifestyle changes that can be made to aid in their hormone healing. I am your coach and friend that walks with you in the gap.

Bella Vera Wellness is a women, veteran, and Catholic owned company. I believe there is a genius to the feminine design and that your body is beautiful and not broken. All women deserve to know how their body functions. I believe that God is the Divine Physician and that He has given us tools such as the food we eat, how we move our body, and mission aligned providers to heal to the extent that he intends for us on this side of Heaven .
