True North Chiropractic- I presented "The Beauty of your Feminine Design" and discussed the fertiltiy cycle, ovulation, cycle charting methods, and where to find help. Guests enjoyed a spread of food that was creatively made to sync with phases of their cycle. All participants received a free handout of resources!

Community Engagement and Talks
