I would love to listen to your hormone story! After booking a discovery call, I will have you fill out a questionnaire prior to our conversation so that I have an idea of your health concerns and goals. Let's work together and figure out which program is best for you and your health journey. In 30 minutes I will: -LISTEN to your hormone story -Review your submitted health questionnaire -Help you discern which program is the best fit for you -Empower you to begin the journey towards healing your hormones and learning to chart your cycle.
