FEMM Fertility Charting Program

Service Description

Fertility Education Medical Management (FEMM) is a sympto-hormonal Fertility Awareness Based Method (FAMB). You may also hear the term Natural Family Planning (NFP) when looking into fertility charting methods. FEMM is a fertility charting method that utilizes cervical mucus as the primary biomarker of fertility and the luteinizing hormone (LH) as the secondary biomarker of fertility. FEMM is also linked with FEMM medical providers that use your fertility chart as a diagnostic tool. FEMM providers are located in physical offices as well as a telehealth platform. There are three total sessions and three chart reviews. Session 1: FEMM and Your Health Session 2: FEMM Expert Session 3: Family Planning You will receive three educational Fertility Education Medical Management (FEMM) session and three chart review sessions where we will review your chart and go over any questions you have. Additional chart review sessions can be purchased following completion of the program. This program is designed to be completed within three months.​
