Service Description

This is for you if you want to learn the genius of your feminine design in a group setting but do not wish to purchase individualized coaching. Clients receive all five lessons from the Vital Cycle Courseware in a virtual group setting. Lessons teach the four phases of the fertility cycle and how to balance hormones with proper nutrition, movement and essential oils. Clients will receive a note taking guide and can ask questions, but personalized coaching will not be offered in this forum. At any point, 1v1 hormone coaching can be added for an additional cost. Lesson 1: Intro to Hormones & Cycle Charting, Program Review Lesson 2: Fertility Cycle Overview, Period Health, Inflammation Lesson 3: Estrogen Genius, Ovulation Lesson 4: Progesterone Genius, Adrenals Lesson 5: Gut, Liver & Toxins You will receive a Welcome Packet, Vital Cycle Workbook and a note taking guide.
